Incoming Inspection

At HACO, we have a strict incoming inspection of all parts. Incoming goods are inspected to ensure that our parts are functional, fit, and easy to assemble. Actually, this inspection begins before the parts are shipped with a quality check. Here, we check the parts in advance for quality, dimensions, and packaging. Only when everything meets our standards do we approve the shipment.

Suppliers

All our suppliers are carefully selected. We focus on proven quality management and quality assurance. The supplier must also have leading references and be financially healthy. We only work with long-term partner relationships so that we can deliver consistent quality and ensure product availability. Of course, this careful selection process does not stop there.

Every year we conduct a supplier audit. This is a comprehensive evaluation of the quality process of our suppliers. They are then assessed on the quality of their raw materials, the production process, and the end product.In addition to the annual audit, we conduct a supplier evaluation every year. This is carried out by the purchasing department. They individually assess the suppliers on various aspects. After the individual assessments, they discuss the performance and any problems together, along with possible solutions.

Haco Technology Center

In our Haco Technology Center (HTC), passionate tail lift specialists do everything they can to maintain the quality of HACO parts. They do this through various tests and measurements. In addition, you can always turn to them with all your technical questions.

ISO 9001

Since July 2018, we have been officially ISO 9001-2015 certified. This means that we comply with the international standard for quality management systems. ISO 9001 is about the quality of the organization, but what does it really mean? Everything we do is done in a professional and consistent manner. This means that we are constantly working to improve our processes. This includes conducting internal audits by certified auditors within HACO. It also helps us respond to risk assessment, opportunities, threats, and future needs and expectations.

Through all these actions, we can guarantee that HACO delivers quality. Before we offer our parts to you, we ensure that they are functional, fitting, and reliable. We do not take quality for granted, but see it as an investment. We are happy to make this investment for our customers and our good name.
