Speed control
Speed control for opening and lowering
The flow regulation valve (also known as the braking valve) has the primary function of controlling the speed during the descent and opening of the tail lift. The maximum descent speed is 0.15 m/s, while the maximum opening speed is 4 degrees/s.
There are three mounting options for the flow regulation valve:
- Integrated into the cylinder
- Mounted in the valve block
- Installation in the piping system
The different bore sizes determine the speed in cc/min during the descent and opening of the tail lift. When the flow regulation valve is defective, the tail lift descends and opens uncontrollably and with uneven movements.
