Procedure for returns at Haco Tail Lift Parts
My name is Jasper Zweers, and together with my colleague Ernst Meijer, we are responsible for processing returns.
We immediately start a relevant return procedure when we receive your package. I will carefully consider the reason for the return so that we can take the appropriate follow-up steps.
We may submit it for warranty investigation or put it back into stock. In certain situations, our experts from the Haco Technology Center (Technical Department) will be called in to start an investigation using their expertise.
